One thing that has brought us huge returns is going back to old expireds. We went back five years to find a list of properties that failed to sell and compared them to properties that did sell. We’re calling these lists that go back as far as 2009, and are having a lot of success there!
If you’re looking for an alternative lead source that is less competitive than new expireds or other traditional sources, we highly recommend reaching out to old expireds. We think you’ll find these calls a lot easier to make and will have great success with them. We certainly have!
