Hello, and welcome back to my agent blog! I’m excited to share today’s topic: backyard money! 

What are you doing with your old leads? One of the keys to real estate is staying in touch with past clients and other leads. Essentially, the goal is to wring as much value out of the leads you already have because it’s cheaper than paying for new ones.

 

We take old leads, or archived leads, and upload them to our dialer twice a month! Calling these old leads is incredibly beneficial, as you’ll often find that some of these leads weren’t ready when you first reached out to them, but now they are! Every time I have someone go through and call those old leads, they are able to find a buyer or seller that we missed. 
 

 

I encourage you to go out, find all your lead sources, and create a plan to consistently work those. Whether it’s once or twice or month, you need to work those leads forever! We don’t think you’ll regret it!
