How to Get Prospects to Come to You

Hey this is Brett Tanner, welcome back to my agent blog. I’m super excited to talk about today’s topic: Drip campaigns and videos. We recently started taking our entire database, including all my google contacts, and exporting them outside of my normal database CRM, Boomtown. I have decided not to drip them through my normal website, because I don’t want people to opt out of that.

If you’re going to utilize drip campaigns, do so outside of your CRM so that they can opt out of that communication, but not from the communication on your website, where you can send them listings and other updates. I took every email I could find and started sending them both my Vyral Marketing videos and my Happy Grasshopper emails.

Vyral’s 2 videos go out every other week, and Happy Grasshopper emails go out eveBrett-Tanner-AR-PQry 3 weeks. After I started doing this, I got  an email back from someone who I had never reached out to, and got the potential for a $2.5 Million dollar listing.

You never know what an internet lead is thinking after being in there for two years. Sometimes all it takes is an email. Try creating long term strategies to touch people with the help of companies like Vyral Marketing and Grashopper.
