Why Does a Quicker Contact Time Lead to More Conversions?

 

Hello, and welcome back to my agent blog, where I share tips and tricks that my team has found very helpful. Today’s topic is response time.

There is a great study out there that says if you contact a lead within five minutes, as opposed to within 24 hours, it is 20 times easier to get in contact and convert that lead. In other words, time is everything!

We created a new position on our team in order to reach out to leads as fast as possible. A majority of our leads during peak time go to one person, so we can respond instantly. I can’t even begin to tell you the impact this has made on our business. People usually fill out a form online or they call in, and responding to these people immediately makes a huge difference.

In short, once a lead comes in, contact them immediately!
